About the role

As a result of a major digital transformation programme for our business we are seeking (x 2) additional seasoned professionals to work alongside our existing team. You will work closely with the business areas to understand their respective requirements, in order to produce effective and efficient system designs for multiple Paradigm systems. 

This represents an excellent opportunity to work in the not-for-profit sector, alongside experienced professionals, to drive best practice system design.

About you

You should have the right blend of system skills, be data savvy with the ability to inspire confidence and trust with senior stakeholders and convey technical information to non-technical audiences. Solving complex system issues to meet the business requirements will be a big part of this role and you will configure Paradigm systems according to the system design chosen, carrying out the technical work to build the processes & workflow as required. You will have a considerable level of technical expertise with clear insights into current business practices. As a quick learner with an inquisitive and investigative mind you will be able to translate this knowledge and expertise into our business specific system solutions using best practice business analysis techniques. 

You will be at the heart of all Paradigm data migrations by methodically creating the detailed column-level mapping from source system to target system and will play a key role in testing (this will be peer reviewed by another team). Hands-on experience of Civica CX configuration would be an advantage.

To be successful in this role you must have/be:

Experience of working in a similar business transformation role.

Report building skills using SQL or SQL-like tools.

System design skills.

Significant experience with data migrations and the creation of data mappings for those migrations.

Skilled in client handling and able to manage expectations with senior stakeholders.

Experience and understanding of systems design.

A logical approach to problem solving.

The ability to work with the business and/or Business Transformation Team to elicit, interpret, translate and define complex areas of change or improvement for the purposes of system specification.
