About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced plasterer to join our team.
In this role, you will be carrying out a range of plastering works in occupied and empty properties including re-skimming, rendering, patching and artex cover up to current legislative standards, to prevailing performance standards and in accordance with the Trust's procedures. You may be required to carry out tasks such as but not limited to, minor carpentry, tiling, plumbing and redecoration repairs linked to maintenance work for which you have the appropriate skills, knowledge and experience in accordance with the Trust's procedures.
About You
We’re looking for someone who understands how to connect with people and can apply themselves to various maintenance and repair jobs. We don't expect you to be an expert in all trades, as we have experienced tradesmen working within the team who will be able to complete the more complex jobs.

The minimum qualifications required are:
– City and Guilds Part III / NVQ level 3 in plastering or other equivalent qualification
– other building works related skills such as bricklaying and joinery skills
– valid driving licence
– excellent awareness of current health and safety regulations
– post qualification experience in repair and maintenance works
