I am supporting an Educational Trust with their search for a Business Support Administrator to join their team based in Milton Keynes. This is a unique & varied administration role: within this admin role, you will provide support to the teaching training department as well as the Head of Projects and the wider team.

Day-to-day:

Ensure teacher training sessions are running
Setting up & scheduling teacher training
Support students by tracking assignments, progress & contacting school based mentors
Produce lists, information documents & collate data
Provide general clerical support
Photocopying & filing
Answering general enquiries: face to face, over the phone & via email
Adhere to the Trust, local & national guidelines
Participate in training & other development activitiesAbout you:

Experienced administrator
Able to effectively handle your workload & work at pace
Strong working knowledge of Word & Excel
Customer facing experience
Able to act with discretion & maintain confidentially
A full DBS checkWhat's on offer:

Full time hours during term time + 3 weeks (around 43 weeks of the year)
Monday – Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm
A positive & productive working environment
A full DBS check if you don't hold one

Please note: this role is based in a school & there will be very AD HOC travel to other Trust sites in Milton Keynes.
