This fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Maintenance Surveyor to work for a well-established housing association service provider. This is a mobile position covering High Wycombe and the surrounding areas.

Skills required for the job role – Maintenance Surveyor

You'll provide predictable, reliable, and consistent outcomes to all customers, colleagues and stakeholders in the delivery of your work as a Surveyor. Primarily you'll be aligned to one of two work streams within the Maintenance function.
Voids and Responsive
Safety and Compliance
You will investigate, diagnose, and conduct complex property condition and dilapidation surveys, alongside specifying suitable remedial works
Have a commercial mind-set, being curious and confident to challenge spend and quality of works, keeping projects and programmes of work to be delivered on time and within budget.
You will need a valid driving license and your own transport

3-month contract with possible extensions
£20 per hour
