Position: Legionella Risk Assessor
Location: High Wycombe
Salary: 26,000 – 32,000 Company Car, Fuel Card, Holidays & Pension scheme, Tablet/IPAD & more

One of the UK’s longest established providers of duct cleaning services, providing comprehensive compliance solutions for building managers in all aspects of air and water hygiene as well as kitchen extract fire safety.

Candidate

We are looking for a conscientious, reliable person capable of working on their own and as part of a team.
Progression through the company is there for those who want it, with in-depth experience of hot and cold-water systems being essential and industrial cooling and private water supplies beneficial, but training can be provided.

Responsibilities will be, but not be limited to:

Carrying out in-depth technical surveys of hot and cold-water systems for client’s sites.
Carrying out in-depth technical surveys of industrial cooling systems for client’s sites.
Completion of Private Water Supply Risk Assessments in accordance with the Private Water Supplies Regulations 2016.
Production of professional survey & risk assessment reports detailing the current condition of the water systems outlining the degrees of risk with respect to
Legionnaires’ disease with any remedial works required to ensure the systems are compliant with current regulations.
Completion of additional water hygiene tasks where required as the company needs dictate
You Must Have or Hold:

Knowledge & understanding of HSG274 part 2 & 3, ideally 1 but not essential
Legionella Risk Assessor – City & Guilds
Full UK Licence
