My client is a large residential developer who are looking for an experienced Assistant Site Manager for an ongoing scheme until March 2022 in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire.

The project consists of Housing Association plots which require internal works and finishing's to be completed prior to handover.
You will have at least 2-3 years of experience of working on a traditional build residential development.
A trade background is ideal.
CSCS, First Aid and SMSTS certs are required.
Start date – 11th October or a maximum a week after that.
Work ongoing until March 2022.
References will be required.
