Our client, a Main Contractor, based in Milton Keynes, are seeking a Construction Project Manager to join them due to continued growth. The Construction Project Manager will be working on projects varying nature and value in the commercial sector, with works ranging from a small fit-out to a new-build industrial unit or warehouse. The Project Manager will have complete project responsibility and will oversee projects from inception to completion and will have a full site team. The role will be split roughly 50/50 between office and site.

It is envisaged that the successful candidate will have prior experience working in a similar role with a strong knowledge of commercial projects including warehousing and fit-outs. The Construction Project Manager will also need to be based within commuting distance of Milton Keynes and will need to have worked in permanent positon previously.

Salary: £60k – £75k DOE plus Car Allowance
Start date: ASAP (happy to wait for notice periods)
Projects: Commercial D&B (warehousing, retail, industrial units etc.)
Reporting to: Construction Director
Company Turnover: £30 million

Construction Project Manager Position Requirements

Must have prior experience working in a similar role
Full UK driving licence
Happy to travel for projects
Up to date certificates (SMSTS / CSCS etc.)
Commercial project experience is essential
Ideally a knowledge of warehouse fit-outs
Good tenure (not too much freelance work)
