Support Technician
A fantastic opportunity for a dynamic individual who is keen to move into a growing organisation who specialise within the electronic key and locker systems. The primary objective of this role is to be responsible for contacting customers and supporting the tech team by providing with an update on the open tickets. The role involves incoming/outbound calls as well as managing the general administration.
Tasks
* Responding incoming phone calls for the department
* Updating/Closing work orders
* Working through the team mailbox to ensure all emails are handle in a timely manner
* Chasing customer Purchase Orders
* Raising quotes to send to customers
* General administration within the Technical Support team
You will also have a proactive approach to problem resolution along with a keen eye for attention to detail. This role requires you to have excellent communication skills with colleagues and customers at all levels across the business, along with tenacity and perseverance.
We are looking for someone who:
* Good oral and written communication skills
* A background in SQL and networking knowledge would be ideal.
* Has experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
* Good organisational skills and being able to prioritise work as needed
* Can work under pressure
* Good customer service skills
* Willing to learn
* Positive ‘can do’ attitude
Package and Benefits:
£27,000 – 29,000 + discretionary bonus £1,000
