This Graduate IT Operations Support role is a structured graduate opportunity with a starting salary of £20,000, increasing to £21,000 after 6 months and increasing again after 12 months to £22,500.

The purpose of role is to provide support to the Business Intelligence team who work with large data sets.
The nature of work is varied encompassing administration, operational housekeeping and assisting with basic IT issues and queries. As you develop and grow within the company there will be opportunity to progress your career either into a hands on technical role or progress further in operational support.
Key skills required for the Graduate IT Operations Support:
* Degree Qualified with a good understanding of databases
* Proficient user of Excel – ideally knowledge of Advanced Formulas and pivot tables
* Logical and systematic work style
* Ability to work through problems and trouble shooting issues
* An understanding of IT software and hardware
* Ability to deal with a fluid workload
* An eye for detail
The ideal candidate needs to be a team player, motivated and reliable, with a flexible "can do" attitude to problem solving.
