Our client is a leading provider of test equipment for the material and structural testing markets. A global company providing single-source convenience, they manufacture and service products used to test the mechanical properties and performances of various materials, components and structures in a wide array of environments.
The role is primarily providing support to a team of Field Engineers with some support of customers directly. Some of this support is for machines under warranty, some support on testing machine installations. This position sits between the engineering team and their customers. The role is primarily remote support for the field team.

Qualifications
1. Degree or HNC, HND with relevant experience within an instrumentation service environment.
2. Must have a working knowledge of other disciplines such as mechanical engineering, hydraulics and electrical practices.
3. Understanding and a working knowledge of computer systems and common software operating systems
