Our RM's are experienced account managers who look after our key customers. They manage the day to relationships and form lasting bonds with all key customers whilst also networking for new points of contact within the client and forging our brand forward positively. We ultimately want to be the supplier/partner of choice with all our customers.
RM's decide what candidates go forward to our customers from the shortlists presented by our delivery consultants, they then manage the onward selection process from there with those candidates from interview to close. Professionalism and great organisational skills are a given in this role, as it's fast paced and dynamic with lots of client, candidate and colleague interactions and liaise with our teams both onshore and offshore
You will have
At least 2 years in a similar role either Account / Relationship Management or as a Recruitment Consultant.
You may well have experience onsite in a MSP or RPO environment client side onsite as well as agency side.
You'll love the day to day customer side of the role and want that to be the majority of what you do going forward.
Strong communication skills
A desire to work for business that feels like a family that cares, but also has all of the infrastructure and stuff behind the scenes that a big corporate company has.
This is a hybrid working role, 2/3 days in the office and the remainder at home
