This is an excellent opportunity for a skilful solicitor to join our client’s thriving practice based in Buckinghamshire. The successful applicant will handle a rewarding caseload of commercial property and real estate matters, whilst ensuring excellent performance at all times.

Commercial sales and purchases
Acquisitions
Disposals
Environmental and planning issues
Business leases
Dilapidations
Landlord and tenant matters
Development schemes
Business development 
The Candidate

Solicitors with at least five years’ PQE
Experience in commercial property and real estate is essential
An existing network of local contacts is desired, however this is not essential
Demonstrate a flair for business development and marketing activities
A strong communicator with the ability to build long-lasting relationships with clients
Able to meet tight deadlines whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy
