Facilities Coordinator
Salary: £26 000 to £27 500 per annum depending on experience based in Princes Risborough
12-month Fixed Term Contract, full time – 35 hours per week
Our client is a professional membership organisation that sets the standards for the project profession.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Facilities Coordinator working within the HR and Facilities Department. Reporting to the Director of People Strategy, you will be responsible for the day to-day management of the Facilities department, including Reception and Health & Safety.
You will work within the agreed plan, objectives, procedures, and key performance indicators and be required to provide a 1st class, professional and comprehensive Facilities Management service.
Responsible for the management of Health & Safety policies, procedures and practices and ensuring all routine testing and maintenance is carried out according to schedule and any faults are rectified within agreed timelines. You will provide a coordination role to support Business Continuity Teams and assist with the procurement of all facilities contractors including negotiating terms, preparation and arranging sign off.
You will also assist with charity and environment initiatives throughout the year.
The successful candidate will have experience of working in a Facilities and H&S role. You should also be customer focused, adaptable, and flexible with excellent planning and organisation skills. Communication skills, both verbal and written are key to the success of this role.
Qualifications
* Educated to GCSE Level or equivalent
* H&S qualification IOSH or similar

* Working knowledge of IT software including Word and Excel and PowerPoint
* Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
* Well-developed customer care skills
* Excellent organisational and administration skills
* Professional and courteous manner
