JOB TITLE: Channel Account Director
SALARY: £90,000- £100,000 OTE

We are looking to hire an experienced Cloud Solutions channel sales expert, a Channel Account Director. We are one of the world’s leading IT Distributors, globally turning over in excess of $40Billion a year. You will be the Evangelist for this vendors product, selling to our existing channel partners, creating new business opportunities.
LOCATION: Home based – UK
JOB SPECIFICATION: This is an exciting opportunity where you’ll own the full sales cycle from lead to close. You’ll establish and build repeatability in sales motions across new geographies, primarily targeting customers that have a relationship with us.
Your key responsibilities include but are not limited to: –
Being an evangelist for the vendor product portfolio
Owning the full sales cycle from lead to close
Navigating and building strategic relationships across customer leadership within operations, finance, sales and support
Delivering impactful demos, providing technical answers
Becoming a trusted advisor on partner business operations
REQUIREMENTS: In order to be considered for this role we are looking for someone who has a proven channel sales background across Cloud based sales, someone who has recruited new channel partners and grown business.
You’ll be a strategic salesperson who is commercially minded and able to demonstrate technical sales knowledge across cloud based technologies (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, DBaaS).
You’ll also have strong knowledge of MSPs and Partner business, including IT administration, security software asset management, hardware asset management, cloud insights, and contracts and procurement.
