Service Manager, Dermatology, Interim Contract

£50,000 – £70,000 negotiable, Day Rate considered

Remit

Compass Associates are proud to be working with our valued client in the search for a Service Manager to cover Dermatology services on an interim bases within the Buckinghamshire area.

We are looking to hear from individuals with an operational background of leading services within either the NHS or the private sector. Knowledge of the CQC, audits, patient safety and clinical governance are essential for this position along with a passion for patient care and experience.

There is a generous salary/ day rate available which will be discussed in more detail on initial phone call.

Requirements

– Available immediately
– Financial and budget management skills
– Experience of managing KPIs
– Experience of leading and motivating a team of clinical and non-clinical staff
– Previous experience working with Consultants and Clinicians
