Job description

An exciting opportunity has opened for an Area Cleaning Manager with Multi-Site Cleaning management experience to manage office premises. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and strongly organised Area Cleaning Manager to grow within an expanding company.

General duties will include:

* Recruitment for current sites and new contracts where staff do not TUPE across

* The ability to commence & take over new awarded sites

* Manage the performance of your staff and build strong relationships

* Communicating with clients and resolving issues quickly & efficiently

* Stock control and ordering and delivering

* Two weekly wage sheet management

Due to the nature of the role, we are only accepting applications from candidates with a full UK Driving Licence.

The ideal candidate must have:

* Have Multi-Site experience in commercial cleaning based role

* Ability to build strong long lasting staff & client relationships

* Experience of managing teams of cleaners

* A willingness to work flexible hours & assist with cleaning when cover is needed

* Excellent time management

* Excellent numerical, written & verbal communication skills

* Knowledge of health & safety advantageous

* Able to demonstrate working knowledge of MS Office (Word & Outlook)
