JOB DESCRIPTION –
We are looking for individuals to join our customer care team, you will be managing inbound telephone calls from our clients customer base (communications provider / CP), with a view to assisting them with their enquires, these enquires may include planning, order, activation, account queries, escalated complaints and any other general enquires.
SALARY – £21,000
KEY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED –
* Written English and maths
* Typing accuracy
* Problem solving
* Able to have an understanding of the telecommunications industry (training provided)
* Preferred 0-24 months of customer care/call centre experience
* At least face to face customer service experience is essential
* Work experience in similar role for utility or telecom company would be an added advantage
