Staffline are recruiting for Van Drivers for our food delivery client based in Milton Keynes
Start time can vary throughout the day.

Your Time at Work
To provide excellent customer service, while undertaking deliveries as an
ambassador.
 As CSTM you must represent a positive attitude, presenting a friendly and approachable manner.
 Ensure that the customer's order reaches them on time and in good
condition, resolving any issues that may occur.
 To be responsible for communication (including by phone) with any
customer to keep them informed of issues and changes to their
proposed delivery
 Control and maintain an accurate record of customer deliveries.
 Liaise with all Internal Customers on aspects of customer deliveries.
 To respond, in consultation with the Management Team, to
customer requests and unforeseen circumstances on the road (road
works etc) to minimise negative impacts.
 When requested assist fellow CSTM's that encounter difficulties.
 Ensure a high degree of personal presentation, in line with
company hygiene rules, to promote brand image.
 Ensure goods are kept within the correct temperature regimes.
Monitor and record temperatures for compliance with advised
guidelines and food hygiene regulations and report any issues to
site management immediately.

Is hard working, with a willingness to learn. You must hold a full UK driving licence
