About the Client

Our client, based in Bucks, they are an independent business that's is expanding its team and is now recruiting a Catering Manager to take over the responsibility of running the Café and help with the expansion of their Restaurant. Catering for the Garden Centres clientele with seasonal changes and promotions.

About the Role

Working for an independent garden centre with a great reputation, and a cafe known for the quality of its food, beverages and customer experience. The café/Restaurant is open 6 days a week, 9 am – 4 pm Tuesday – Saturday and 10 am – 4 pm Sunday. We are looking to recruit an experienced Café / Restaurant Manager who will be 'hands-on, predominantly front of house, and responsible for the day to day running of the cafe, reporting to the Garden Centre Manager with a lot of autonomy.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have strong administration and management skills; training and management of cafe staff, management of staff rotas, HR needs, H&S requirements and supporting the team to excel. And of course, a passion for great food and customer service.
