We are currently looking to recruit a Business Support Executive – responsible for all administration, data analysis, creating reports and tracking market trends for Flex-R. 
This role will be based at our High Wycombe office, but will support the entire UK business.

What does the role involve?
In this newly created and very diverse role, the successful candidate will take on a wide variety of responsibilities including personal assistant/administration duties to support directors with the Flex-R business, ​​​​​data management & training with all sales, technical and internal teams, purchasing of group administration equipment, data analysis of reports/trends/sales, preparation of reporting data and information. Additional duties will also include the rebating of monthly accruals, assisting with marketing requirements (including mailshots, POS, merchandise, brochures, samples etc) ​​​​​​and pricing management.
No two days will be the same in this role, so we need an adaptable multi-tasker with a "can-do" attitude for this position.​​​​​​​
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following essential skills:
In depth experience of working with Microsoft Excel in order to provide data and analysis.
Experience including PA duties, general admin and spreadsheet management and reporting duties
High level experience of using and managing CRM systems such as Salesforce.
An understanding of administration processes.
Ability to demonstrate experience of understanding a wide range of products.
Experience of analysis of data.
Excellent telephone manner with the ability to communicate at all levels.
Relevant industry experience would be advantageous.​​​​​​About us…
