A large heavy civil company are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team on a fixed-term contract basis to support their team with ongoing HS2 works.

Due to an increase in workload, they are looking to add Project Managers to their team to operate on a range of projects across HS2 in the Hertfordshire region.

The company is in a period of growth and looking to take the company to the next level and begin competing with some of the larger companies that operate in the region, this would be an excellent opportunity for you to make your mark on the company and assist in the development of the team which will, in turn, see you grow with the company.

Some of your duties will include:

Overseeing the site management team

Working to project programmes

Working closely with planners 

Liaising with clients

Adhere to Health & Safety regulations

About you:

Ideally Degree educated but happy to consider HNC/HND

Strong knowledge of heavy civils

Have seen projects through from conception to completion

Strong communication skills both written and verbal
