About the role

This is a brand-new critical role in the recently formed Strategic Asset Management team and will be responsible for ensuring the assets we lease and those we let are managed effectively and efficiently.

The role demands a proactive approach to reviewing current arrangements and recommending extensions, amendments and potential exits. It also seeks to introduce consistency wherever practicable.

As complex issues arise, a customer centric prerogative is essential whilst securing commercial stability and considering impact on the wider business.

Reporting to the Assistant Director – Strategic Asset Management, you will be supported by and Asset Deeds and Lease Officer as well as the SAM Team and will utilise your considerable networking skills to collaborate with colleagues from across the organisation and wider property community.

About you

You will have great technical and professional skills and a passion for excellent service with proven experience in managing complex property management issues. Drawing on your knowledge of best practice within the property sector, you will demonstrate the ability to take ownership of Leasehold within Paradigm and develop the service to a position of excellence.

Ideally you will be professionally qualified in a relevant discipline and conversant with all aspects of leasehold property management. You will be assertive in enforcing obligations yet empathetic in your approach to customers and be comfortable in manging significant issues as they arise. A team player and collaborator, you will manage a growing portfolio maintaining corporate confidence that the service provided considers the business in its widest sense.
