Our Client Is look for a trustworthy and experiecned Receptionist to support their Reception on varied occassions.

Cover needed: 6th & 13th December 2021
Shift: 8:30am-5:00pm 30 minutes for lunch 

Some requirements/duties would be:

-Responsible for unlocking and locking the office each day, including setting the alarm.

-A high standard of written and spoken English

-Good telephone manner.

-Answering the telephone, forwarding calls or taking messages.

-Greeting visitors and making tea/coffee etc.

-Ensuring meeting rooms are made ready for meetings and clearing away afterwards.

-Basic adhoc admin duties as required by various members of the team.

-Other reception/admin tasks as required
