Our Milton Keynes-based client is looking to recruit a Part time Personal Assistant to join their team, so we are keen to speak with people with a strong background within this area.

Position: Part time Personal Assistant  

Hours: Monday to Friday, (25 – 30 hours) Home based with some travel to Milton Keynes.   

Salary: Up to £35,000 (pro rata to part time hours)

The job will involve…

Providing a comprehensive, confidential, and professional administrative service to the Director, across both work and personal requirements
Arranging of meetings, taking minutes, ensuring all actions are followed up
Project management of key initiatives
Ensuring activity is well coordinated and communicated, and good relationships are established and maintained
Preparation and coordination of travel itineraries. Processing of all business-related expense transactions
Responsible for organising both internal and external company events

Previous senior/Director level PA experience
Strong organisational/time management skills
Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritise, work proactively and on own initiative
Confidence to deal with people at all levels
Strong attention to detail
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
Computer literate, confident using new systems
Acts with discretion, trustworthiness and confidentiality
