Site Manager

My client, a quality driven, national developer are looking to recruit an experienced Site Manager to run a brand new large housing site.

Responsibilities:

* Manage the delivery of new a build housing site, ensuring the site is efficient and cost effective built to the highest quality at all time

* Manage the site team and all sub-contractors, ensuring health and safety is adhered to

* Review method statements / risk assessments, chair pre-start meetings with sub – contractors and attend hand – over meeting with pre-construction team

* Manage all on site operations, building to programme, ensuring a safe environment

* Reporting to the Build Manager and direct liaison with the NHBC
