Our Client is an independent health provider deliver both NHS & Private patient care in Buckinghamshire, Central Bedfordshire, Berkshire West and London. They Provide multidisciplinary health care in community and out patients for both NHS & Private patients.
They are looking to recruit two part time Admin/receptionists (one covering the mornings, and one covering the afternons) to handle and coordinate all patient appointments through various healthcare professionals.
Part time Shift 1 – Mon-Fri 8am-1.30pm plus every Sat 9-3
Part time Shift 2 – Mon – Fri 1pm-6.30pm plus every Sat 9-3
The ideal person must have worked within healthcare industry doing a similar role.
You will be very computer literate as all of your work will be coordinated through their CRM system.

Job responsibilities:
To provide a high quality reception/administrator service to the patients and staff at the organisation base in a caring and supportive manner.
To maintain confidentiality of all information.
General Duties and Responsibilities:
In accordance with organisation and service specific policies and procedures
Answering the telephone in a courteous and professional manner
Receive and convey messages in writing, verbally and electronically
Liaise with patients and their families in a compassionate manner
Liaise with management team, other professionals and their staff members
Booking patient on electronic systems (eg: EMIS, S1, Medtach, etc.) and communicating with patients and staff,
Scanning all required correspondence into patient records
You must have previous experience of working within the healthcare system and have excellent computer and telephone skills, please send a copy of your CV by email
