Due to promotion, Quality Personnel are recruiting an experienced Sales Team Leader to join their MK based client.

You’ll be a natural leader with the ability to motivate and get the best out of your team.

To be considered you should have:

* Previous experience in managing a team, the team currently sits at 11 employees. You’ll lead by example ensuring the team hits their KPI’s.

* Have the-ability-to analyse your teams’ data and always look for ways your team can improve and meet their objectives.

* Demonstrate sufficient commercial awareness to negotiate prices.

* Conduct regular reviews with your team to ensure adherence to job profile and SMART objectives and company mission statement.

* Maintain and develop on going customer relationships

Great team, open plan working environment. Hours of work are Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week – you can work any hours between 8am -6pm with 1 hour lunch). 25 days holiday + bank hols (ability to buy up to 5 holidays), free parking, workplace pension and bonus!
