Due to continual expansion, my client is looking to recruit an energy broker to join their team. As an Energy Broker, your role is to offer business user’s savings on their gas and electricity.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an expanding sales team in High Wycombe contacting new and existing customers to offer strategic energy consultancy advice. You will be working in an established office, using a proven approach to create new customer opportunities.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

* Call customers from supplied contacts

* Identify new business opportunities

* Obtain potential customers current energy bills

* Sign customers into contracts with new billing tariffs

* Work to achieve set targets

* Manage supplier expectations, leverage relationships for market insight and additional services

* Manage customer accounts and deal with any queries appropriately

* Advise on ESG/Eco targets for customers, and provide any necessary consultation for the install of self-generation equipment.

* Carefully analyse commodity futures to ensure customer contracts are maximising changes to wholesale energy costs

* Ensure full compliance with regulatory guidelines in all interactions with customers and suppliers.

As an Energy Broker, you would ideally have previous experience in a B2B energy sales environment, strong communication skills and be a target orientated individual with the desire to succeed and the ability to work to deadlines.

As an Energy Broker, you will be given a competitive basic salary of between £20,000 to £24k per annum – commensurate with experience, with an uncapped commission schedule for minimum OTE of £45k per annum, generous holiday allowance and regular weekly/monthly incentives.
