PART TIME OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
Fixed Term Contract – Maternity Cover
5 DAYS PER WEEK – Working Monday to Friday from 9.30 am to 4 pm (30 hours per week)
The role is to ensure the smooth running of the full order process, providing excellent customer service and to assist the sales team.
– Process orders, handle sales enquiries, POD requests, sample & price requests.
– Liaise with suppliers and the warehouse to ensure all deliveries are made on time and within the customers expected time frames.
– Run management reports and process all sales invoices ensuring correct payment terms.
– Raise queries and request credits where necessary, investigate and customer queries relating to orders and invoicing.
– Work closely with the Compliance Manager to understand Supplier Performance and any other admin duties to support the business.
