Role: New Business Sales Executive
Salary: £25,000 – £49,000 DOE + Uncapped Commission (OTE £150K+)
Do you have a least 4+ years of experience in B2B technical sales? Do you have a proven track record in building pipelines and new business networks? Our client is a leading National infrastructure technology consultancy, and they are looking for a driven, experienced New Business Sales Executive to drive business acquisition and increase their client portfolio.
The New Business Sales Executive is responsible for driving new business sales activities within the Managed Service Provider (MSP) division, BPO India/Caribbean and the Cloud Cost Optimisation Consulting arm of the company and ensuring the group of company's achieve their sales targets.
Role & Responsibilities:
Build new business IT managed/ Personal services pipeline.
Deliver new client logos to the Thebes client portfolio.
Input into the company's sale strategy around professional services and cloud.
Clear Key Performance Indicators, managing and owning P&L.
Meeting with the CEO a monthly basis to discuss company performance and business drivers against sales targets and presenting sales results to the board on a quarterly and annual basis.
Competitor analysis.
Implementing an effective sales pipeline and lead tracking process.
Ensuring the CRM is being used effectively and provides a competitive advantage.
Implementing best practice in sales techniques throughout the department.
Key Essential Skills:
4+ years' experience of technology B2B sales experience (with a track record of successful acquisitions) and/or account management (with proven retention results).
Experience selling Cloud Infrastructure Technology Solutions & Professional Services.
5+ years RFI and RFP experience.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building a strong network and pipeline.
Excellent negotiating skills, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities are required.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
Hands on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot or industry stand Sales CRM solutions.
Understanding of Cloud technologies (AWS, AZURE, GCP), Infrastructure technology.
Desirable Skills:
CPSP/CISP Certified (or other equivalent certifications).
AWS / Azure Certified.
Working experience around SPIN Selling, MEDDIC and LAMP.
