Role: Client Service Manager
Salary: £60,000 + Uncapped Commission (OTE £100K+)
Our client is looking for an exceptional, proven Client Partner Manager to join their expanding team based in Milton Keynes. This role will be responsible for maintaining and growing revenues from existing clients, to secure and deepen existing relationships with client personnel of all levels and expand services into new areas. You will identify potential new areas of business with each client, and gain understanding of the underlying business needs and constraints on their individual businesses.
Role & Responsibilities:
Maintain current customer revenues.
Generate minimum £1 million new revenue per annum from each existing client.
Increase customer loyalty through ensuring the highest levels of service delivery quality.
Expand into new areas by creating innovative solutions to meet their changing requirements.
Ensure all client invoices are paid in a timely manner.
Achieve upper quartile client satisfaction scores.
Support colleagues and contribute in the delivery and achievement of our overall team and business objectives.
Help build a client-centred sales team culture.
Work with management to build the company's reputation in the market and to generate leads.
Establish a performance management culture within any direct reports.
Build and maintain targeted account plans for each prospect and client.

Participate and undertake applicable professional, technical and career development training to include attainment of associated qualifications where required.
Comply with external and internal regulatory and statutory policies, procedures and regulations.

Proven track record in maintaining relationships and delivering new revenues
Ability to manage under pressure and prioritise workload.
Have excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate on all levels – especially with client senior executives (CXO).
Have exceptional organising and problem-solving skills.
Essential Technical Skills:
Able to demonstrate an in-depth grasp of the challenges facing the implementers of IT systems.
Experience selling Professional Services & Managed Services.
Knowledge of Cloud Technology Services.
Resource Augmentation Services.
Be able to use databases, spread sheets, word processing and accounts packages.
Build profitable solutions with cross functional teams.
Able to understand and discuss clients' P&L and Balance Sheets.
Build/ Deliver Client Presentations as required.
