Our Milton Keynes based client is looking for an Internal Recruiter to join their team on a permanent and full-time basis.

Position: Internal Recruiter (Home based with travel for meetings)

Hours: 8.30am-5.30pm

Salary: DOE

You will…

Be responsible for ensuring the recruitment needs required across the business are met.
Attracting and retaining the best possible talent from the marketplace in a timely and efficient manner.
Continually improving workplace practices.
Liaising with internal stakeholders within the business to ensure you understand the needs of the departments.
Create and upload all advertisements across various platforms.
Oversee the offer process.
Scheduling monthly meetings with hiring managers to ensure all are kept up to date with the recruitment process and stages.
You must have:

Experience in a similar role
Excellent administration skills
Highly organised
Excellent communication skills
