Transformation PMO Analyst
Salary : £30000 – £35000 + car + bonus + excellent benefit package
Full-time, 37.5hrs, Mon-Fri
Milton Keynes base and flexible location working
Reports to: Transformation Director
Scania has embarked on a transformation journey that will deliver a new operating model, processes and technology landscape to enable the business to achieve its global brand position of, ‘Driving the shift to a sustainable transport solution’ through electrification and alternative fuels.
Working within Transformation, this role is to provide dedicated support to large scale and complex business change programmes aligned with the Corporate PMO function. It will require a hands-on approach and experience of working in a diverse and multi-disciplined structure.
Key Responsibilities
Co-ordination of Programme level plans, including critical path activities & key milestones
Create and review programme reports
Monitor project timelines and any risks that may impact project milestones
Share relevant documentation and reports with project team members
Facilitate and set up project gate reviews with transformation leads
Set up and systemise an orderly document management folder structure in MS Teams for Transformation projects and programmes
Provide guidance and support to Transformation Leads and business leaders to ensure that governance procedures are met
Ensure our central PMO tool is efficiently managed with appropriate access controls & regular review points
Ensure regular Programme reporting for key stakeholders ensuring alignment with internal Comms
Ensure risks and issues are actively identified, documented and monitored
Preparation of reporting and dashboards to support Programme oversight & meetings as required
About You
Proven work experience as an analyst or coordinator or similar role
Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
Solid organisational skills, including multitasking and time-management
Strong team working and collaborative work ethic
Ability to influence and constructively challenge Transformation Leads
Excellent written and oral communication skills to support the construction of reports and presentations
Ability to analyse data and communicate results to stakeholders
