Temporary HR Administrator
Location: Milton Keynes
Hourly pay rate: £14.35 per hour (£28,000PA)
Hours: 9am to 5pm Monday To Friday

Our prestigious client based in Milton Keynes is looking for a HR Administrator to join their successful HR team for a long term temporary assignment.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:-
* Excellent administration and organisational skills.
* Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Word
* 3 years’ experience within a customer service environment
Key Responsibilities
The HR Administrator will be responsible for supporting with the recruitment process by advertising all new vacancies, liaising with agencies and administering all candidates throughout the application process.
* Administering Onboarding process for all new starters
* Process offers of employment, including obtaining employment references
* Complete all required legal checks, including Right to Work
* Liaise with the candidate to maintain engagement and transparency on the new role
* Liaise with managers to understand the role requirements for induction
* Arrange all induction meetings for the new starter in preparation for their start date
* Ensure timely recording of new starters attending induction, to comply with internal and external requirements
* Regularly review probations for new starters, liaising with the relevant HR Business Partner when required
* Chasing management for probation updates as and when required
* Closing of probation for new starters
Previous experience within an internal recruitment or HR department would be advantageous but not essential
