Allstaff Recruitment are currently seeking an Order Administrator based in Milton Keynes for a well-established commercial company.  

Summary of the Order Administrator role…

Salary: £19,500 per annum
Location: Milton Keynes
Type of Contract: Permanent, Full-time.
Hours: 9:00 – 5:30pm Monday – Friday with 1 hour lunch.

As the Order Administrator your role will involve the following important duties:

Process customer orders.
Deal with all customer queries and provide general customer support via telephone, email and fax.
Arrange returns on invoiced products to be returned to stock.
Respond and action external and internal emails.
The experience required…

As a successful Order Administrator, you will have the following:

Experience working within Customer Service and Administration.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
Strong IT skills with the ability to pick up new systems quickly. 

This role would suit a Sales Administrator, Customer Service Administrator, Sales Correspondent.
