We are on the lookout for a Team Administrator to work on a temporary basis, based in High Wycombe.
About the role:
As Team Administrator, your duties will include:
* Creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere for the outpatient reception
* Answering the telephone, taking messages and helping with enquiries
* ensuring reception area, waiting rooms and consulting rooms are tidy for a safe environment. This includes ensuring items displayed are in date
* advising and directing visitors/clients to appropriate waiting areas
About you:
* To be able to use Microsoft Office independently – essential
* Good/ excellent Microsoft office skills
* Carenotes experience – desirable
The Details:
* Full time, temporary position for 2 months from start date
