We are looking for an experienced Global Events Manager to join a growing marketing organisation. This role will be responsible for leading, planning and fulfilling retail events for a number of large clients across the world. Responsibilities

Manage all pre-event production and ensure each event is planned and delivered meticulously
Oversee the production of on-site retail production at events
Work with Retail Team, Operations Team and other stakeholders to manage event production, sourcing and on-event retail
Collaborative stakeholder engagement
Manage travel booking and process for events team
Coordinate any deliverable's and ensure all suppliers, production, stock is in place on time and on budget for each event

Successful candidate will have-

Able and willing to travel internationally
Fluent in another language such as Spanish, French, German or Mandarin would be ideal but not essential
Experience delivering global events
Experience managing large scale/complicated processes/teams Calm under pressure, organised and strong attention to detail

Monday to Friday when in the High Wycombe office

8am – 5pm ( 40 hours + )

You need to be flexible as these times can change due to travelling to different events.

You need to be prepared to be away from home.
