A joint-venture working on one of the UK's largest infrastructure projects is searching for an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer  to join their team.

You'll be responsible for undertaking audits as and when required, planning audits and arranging their dates and timing, reporting upon audits whilst assisting the Quality Manager in the implementation process of KPIs and management systems' processes.

Your responsibilities:

Planning, conducting, reporting and close-out of audits for subcontractors and suppliers

Input and feedback into the development of the audit schedule

Developing, recommending and monitoring preventative actions

Complying with company policies and procedures

Drafting quality assurance plans

Requirements:

Strong communication skills both written and verbal

Attention to detail

Trained auditor

Educated to degree level in an engineering discipline but will also consider a HND/HND with sufficient experience

Working knowledge of UK rail and construction standards

CSCS card
