Due to even more expansion of this unique company, we are looking for a further people to join this great team on a temp to perm basis as Warehouse Members.

Position: temp to perm Goods In/Out Warehouse Operative
Salary: £9.50 per hour (so £21,000)
Overtime is paid at time and a quarter
Hours of Work: 42.5 hrs per week Mon – Fri

Overview: if successful at interview, you will be required to temp for 13 weeks then be offered a permanent role with the company.

About the Role:
Within the role of Goods In/Out Team Member, the following areas of work would be regularly expected to be completed:
– To adhere to all health and safety regulations; being responsible for your own health and safety and that of others
– Dispatching and performing detailed check in's of all equipment being hired.
– Maintain warehouse and work areas in a clean and orderly state.
– Unload and Load goods to and from company and customers vehicles.
– Maintain Goods in/out and work areas in a clean and orderly state.
– Undertake other tasks and responsibilities as directed by the Quality Control Manager
– To identify and undertake appropriate training and development as agreed during your reviews.
What is Required from You:
A methodical approach with excellent attention to detail to accurately work with the varied equipment inventory.
– Punctual, reliable and able to work both independently and within a team
– Good communication skills, with the ability to interact appropriately with other employees, other industry professionals, suppliers and customers on a regular basis.
– the role will require both physical and technical ability so a good level of fitness to lift heavy loads as well as technical ability
– Willingness to work flexible hours, including some overtime and weekend work may be required on the odd occasion
– Self-motivated
– Basic Maths and Computer skills
– Eligibility to work in the UK.
