Our client is a major global player in the Nuclear industry. Operating on a UK Nuclear licensed site specialising in safe, cost effective and reliable uranium enrichment services based in Capenhurst, Chester.
Purpose of the job
Reporting to the Head of Audit & Risk. The position will be based within the UK, ideally at our Capenhurst facility, with regular travel to Stoke Poges Head Office and other sites.
As a member of the Group Risk & Internal Audit team, you will lead a small team dedicated to Enterprise & Commercial Risk Management with an emphasis on a pragmatic and proportionate approach to manage and mitigate risks. The role will be key to driving and influencing change to help Group Risk be seen as a value add function within the team and across the wider organisation.
The role provides oversight and advice to a group of 3 (1 Senior Risk Analyst and 2 Risk Analysts) on Enterprise & Commercial Risk Management tasks. Based on strong working knowledge of the business and comprehensive experience the role will develop and implement new Risk frameworks and policies as required. Specifically, the successful candidate will need to demonstrate the following attributes:

Experience required
· Good knowledge and experience of working with ERM frameworks including experience of helping develop new frameworks and policies in a variety of industry and cultural settings
· Experience of applying risk oversight in a business considering transformation, cost reductions and merger and acquisition options
· Detailed experience in a senior risk role requiring stakeholder management
