Business Development Manager – Leisure Management Software

Basic Salary £35,000 – £38,000, OTE £77,000 + £6,000 car allowance + benefits

This is a remote field based role covering the UK

A great opportunity for a field based business development manager has arisen with an organisation who supply leisure clubs and gyms with software to help their members book classes, manage their memberships and make payments.

The Role:

This is a field based sales role selling a software solution to a range of gyms and leisure providers
The software integrates with the gym's own website and allows customers to book courses, pay subscriptions, amend details and generally manage all their information and requirements in one place. It is optimised for mobile, tablet and desktop operations. They also provide self service solutions inside the leisure centre too.
This is a home based role, covering the UK
The focus for the role is on new business generation but there may also be an element of account management.
You'll also attend industry related trade shows as a company representative.
The Person:

We're looking for someone with strong new business sales skills who has previous experience selling a software solution. This doesn't have to be into the leisure sector, other industries will definitely work.
You'll have excellent communication and presentation skills
Good new business skills are essential with the ability to build a pipeline for solutions with longer lead times.
Location isn't important as this is a remote role but you must be comfortable with travel and in some extreme cases, the need to stay overnight.
The Package:

A basic salary of up to £38,000 is offered
On target earnings are £77,000 and are uncapped
There is also a car allowance of £6,000 per year so you'll need to drive and have access to your own vehicle.
25 days holiday + bank holidays
