Sales Manager required to work in fast moving and growing steelwork business. The company produce steelwork of a wide variety from single items to 150 tonne structures and now require an enthusiastic and ambitious Sales Manager to join the team.

Role / Duties:

* Handle incoming sales enquires and work alongside estimators to submit quotes.

* Chase quotations, dealing with clients to process won bids to completion.

* Manage and develop existing client relations.

* Target new clients and business sectors – leads supplied.

* Visit potential clients, following on from introduction to present company portfolio.

Candidate requirements:

* Experience in sales within the construction / building / steelwork industry is required.

* Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in successful sales working within the construction, building or steelwork industry.

* Must be driven with a will to succeed to help continue the business growth and development.

* Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential.

* Smart appearance with personable manner.

* Commercially astute and aware of business goals and objectives.

* Ability to organise your own workload to company targets,

* Willingness to develop a career within the company organization.

.On offer:

* This is a full time, permanent PAYE position.

* Very good salary paid (DOE) plus paid commission structure which should achieve circa OTE £60k – £65K but there are no limits to additional commission !

* Annual performance bonus!

* 28 days holiday plus bank holidays.
