Origin Frames is looking for a Procurement Administrator to play a vital role in supporting the Planning Manager and the company's growth. The successful candidate would be given the opportunity to study their level 2 CIPS alongside their role. A fantastic opportunity to kick start you career in procurement.

Reporting to the Planning Manager you will take the lead in the effective and efficient planning of all special Ral's.

Key Responsibilities of the Procurement Administrator consists of but are not limited to:

Help ensure manufacturing always have 98.5% stock availability
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key vendors,
Place and manage the purchase requisitions of all special Ral's into the business
Liaise with suppliers about upcoming deliveries to ensure they meet our required delivery dates
Help with monitor of the purchasing team inbox
Produce reports for the Senior management teams
Assist the business in keeping its high level of data integrity
Assist the Planning Manager with Administration and other duties as required ​​​​​​​What you will have:

Excellent attention to detail
Ability to engage with stakeholders of all levels and build a rapport with suppliers and other stakeholders
Ability to prioritise own workload
