Our key client, based in High Wycombe, has an exciting new opportunity.

The role will be based at their head office.
Our client is an established market leader in its field, and is extremely busy and expaning. Following an increase in business, a new and exciting position has arisen within their Purchasing Department.
This is a great potential for the right candidate to start or advance their career in purchasing and gain hands on experience. Looking for a candidate with the desire to progress and grow with the business within a small friendly team.
The role is best suited to a highly organised individual with good attention to detail who is able to work independently. Excellent excel skills required, knowledge of Oracle/ NetSuite system useful but not essential as full training will be provided.
The role with consist of assisting the purchasing team, working with a range of suppliers to ensure orders are received in a timely manner to keep up with the changing needs of the business. Reviewing data and highlighting potential stock issues and finding solutions to resolve the problems. Processing delivery paperwork, order confirmations, maintaining system information. Submitting supplier credit claims. Entering purchase orders. Working withal departments within our national distribution & installations business to ensure customers are kept up to date with expected delivery schedules.

Hours of Work: 41.25hours per week
Monday to Friday
08;30 – 17:30
Holiday: 22 days plus Bank Holidays increasing with length of service after 3 years
