We currently have an exciting opportunity to join Doordrop Media as a Commercial Project Manager.

This role will work closely across all functions in DDM to deliver successful projects and ensure DDM is compliant in its day to day running of the business.

Compliance & Risk Management

Conduct interviews and surveys to ensure that all employees are compliant with regulations across DDM's departments
Conduct investigations to discover the root cause of compliance problems when they arise
Perform research to stay informed about upcoming industry changes, trends and best practices and assess the potential impact of these changes on organisation processes.Strategic Projects

Have overall responsibility for the successful planning, development, execution, and monitoring of projects within DDM.
To be the day-to-day central point of contact for approved projects from concept stages through to completion and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget to an overall high standardSampling

Work with Senior Leadership team to support in the development and implementation of in-home sampling internal and external strategies
Develop campaign costs for key prospects to support sales strategies to win new business.Legal and Pricing responsibilities

Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team and Whistl's legal team to ensure DDM's terms and conditions and contracts are maintained, updated and improved regularly.
Have detailed understanding of all DDMs contracts and terms and conditions, identifying risk and amendments to reflect changing business requirements
Support DDM in the creation of Tenders, sourcing and writing additions to support submission.DDM stakeholder communication

Maintain DDM Marvin page to provide key updates regularly, and organising stakeholders to provide relevant submissions timelyWe welcome applications from any candidates with any of the following skills: Project Manager, Compliance Manager, Commercial Manager, Commercial, Compliance, Manager, Project, Business.

Microsoft Office Suite – intermediateExperience

At least 3 years' experience working in project management

Knowledge and understanding of the Postal Industry, industry standards and regulations
Background in e-commerceQualifications (General qualifications & Professional):

Essential

6 – 8 GCSEs or equivalent to include English Language and Maths
Educated to A level/BTEC or equivalentDesirable

HND/Degree level of educationDesirable Skills

The role will likely include regular travel, primarily within the UK.
The role may require evening and/or weekend work on an as-required basis
