Our Client a Tech based financial Service organisation with a range of products and service that are transforming the Consumer Market Sector. Due to continued growth and business development we are looking for a Complaints Handler to join the team.
We are looking for a Complaints Handler / Customer Service Advisor:
As a Complaints Handler / Complaints Advisor you will be:
Job Responsibilities:
• Dealing with Financial Service related Complaint cases
• Conduct end to end complaint investigations
• Handle complaint calls when they are presented to the team
• B2B / B2C inbound -outbound calling
• Undertake general admin
Preferred Skills:
• Previously worked in Customer Service- complains or Team Leader
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• PC literate
• Excellent telephone etiquette
• Analytically minded

• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Team Player
• Customer Centric
• Approachable /Accountable
• Natural problem solver
Salary, Hours and Benefits:
• £23,000pa- £25,000pa +Bens package
• Monday-Friday 09:00 to 17:30 or 08:00 to 16:30
• 37.5 hours per week
• Flex working options- 3 days in office- 2 days at home.
