We have a client who is a civil engineering, groundworks, demo and specialist construction contractor based in London.

They currently have an opening for an experienced Operations Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

They have a lot of new projects to kick off at the beginning of 2022, so its a very exciting time to join the company.

A lot of these projects are based all over the UK, so a person who is willing and happy to travel is required.

Very competitive salary and package on offer for the right person.

Criteria:

Valid CSCS/CCDO qualification
SMSTS qualification
Previous experience as an operations manager
Wealth of experience within the following areas: civil engineering, demo and groundworks
Additional management and training qualifications
Driving license is essential
Strong leadership and communication skills
Commercial decision-making
Project planning or project management
Strategic planning and execution
Statistical analysis and data processing
