Job Title: Customer Service Administrator
Hours: Between 30hours- 39 hours a week depending on how busy they are.
2 Saturdays a month 8am-5pm BUT YOU GET A DAY OFF IN THE WEEK
Salary: £10.22 ph + parking + holiday pay
Location: Amersham, Buckinghamshire (near High Wycombe)

Job Purpose
Working within our busy Customer Service Call Centre, you will be doing administration duties.
Responsibilities
Emails, respoinding to queries and customers by email
Updating the inhouse system
Being accurate and have a eye for detail
Keeping accurate records of the checks completed within our CRM system
