Our client, an International Relocation company, is looking for an experienced Relocation Billing and Disbursement Consultant to join their team in Middlesex.

We are keen to hear from candidates who have previous experience within Administration and Accounts who are looking for their next step in their career.

For this role you can expect to earn a salary of between £22-25k to start

Responsibilities of the Relocation Billing and Disbursement Consultant:

To update and maintain all Client specific billing requirements in Client billing handbook by working closely with Service Delivery and Account Management teams
To ensure all data in system is correct for accurate reporting by working in collaboration with service delivery teams
To ensure any issues and queries are promptly escalated where appropriate and that corrective action is taken in line with agreed service level agreements
To follow the billing and disbursement processes and regularly suggest improvements
To support credit control where required
To remain compliant at all times
To support the team during peak periods
To audit invoices for accuracy
To ensure all costs and related fees are invoiced to clients by regularly reviewing the unbilled cost report
To build and maintain excellent working relationships with colleagues at all levels
Skills Required of the Relocation Billing and Disbursement Consultant:

Ability to demonstrate attention to detail
Ability to demonstrate data accuracy
Ability to demonstrate mailbox management
Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Excellent written communication skills at all levels
Excellent numeracy skills
Excel intermediate skills
Basic accounting skills
