Sales Coordinator – Swedish Speaking
Location: Milton Keynes / home-based.
Salary: Up to £22,000 pro rata + brilliant benefits.
Contract: Permanent
We are looking for a native (or fully fluent) Swedish speaker to work within our order processing team in Milton Keynes (or remotely). The team are responsible for co-ordinating vehicle purchases for Polestar. This role requires a native Swedish speaker to liaise with the client based in Gothenburg, Sweden.
This role is a fixed-term contract position, initially for 6 months, (37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday) although it is likely that there will be full-time permanent opportunities in the future, either within this team or other parts of the ROI business in Milton Keynes.
The Role:
This position is a sales order co-ordination role, working through Fleet and Business orders of Polestar vehicles. It is of paramount importance that orders are correctly captured, clarified where necessary and accurately entered into the ordering process. This role will require regular liaison with the Swedish team in Gothenburg.
Although the position is based in Milton Keynes, due to the specialist requirements we will consider applicants able to work remotely from other parts of the UK.
All applicants should have business-level fluency in English (written and spoken), in addition to Swedish.
